Great people, friendly. The lessons are on point, respect, excelent cardio and good conditioning. Doing Kickboxing/Muay Tai for now. It is very focused in Muay Tai techniques, which I love. Will soon try MMA and Jiu Jitsu as well.

The coaching here is outstanding, starting with Coach Ryan. He is incredibly kind, super humble, answers every question keenly, and genuinely dedicates himself to helping you get better. You can tell he cares deeply about his students' success. The atmosphere and culture are what make this gym shine. The higher belts are all incredibly helpful, happily taking the time to refine techniques, answer questions, and provide valuable feedback during and after rolls. Everyone here embodies the true spirit of camaraderie—they are warm, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely want to see you succeed on the mats. An added bonus is the opportunity to learn from the best, as the gym is frequently visited by guest black belt instructors who teach diverse techniques and different styles. We love Infight! Sensai Ryan is incredibly skilled, kind & humble. He’s got great taste in music & an intuitive teaching style that makes learning so very enjoyable. Master Blake is disciplined & precise with his instruction while displaying tremendous speed & power that is so very engaging. All other staff & instructors help them to create a professional yet warm & welcoming environment where everyone can feel like they belong & learn at their own pace. It’s simply a great place to be 🙂

Infight has been fantastic for our son Greyson! He loves doing BJJ classes and has learnt a ton from the knowledgeable instructors. Ryan and Edgeguard have made him feel confident in himself and his skills are improving after each session! I will be recommending Infight to everyone I know!!
